Business Development Executive - California Region

Jensen Hughes is looking for a Business Development Executive for the California Region, focusing on driving new orders and proposals for professional consulting services in the AEC industry.

Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years experience in selling consulting services in the AEC industry
Networking with GC and/or Architect Owner Clients
Advanced communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver sales presentations using modern office tools
Ability to manage budget

Responsibilities

Drive new orders and proposals for consulting services
Develop business in services related to life safety, fire protection, forensics, and security
Partner with Operations and drive sales
Manage an expense budget
Willingness to travel up to 50%

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
