Senior Manager, Partnership Operations
Jobber is looking for a Senior Manager, Partnerships Operations to drive high quality and flawless operational management of Jobber Channel and Product partners.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver effective workflows, processes, and tools for partner onboarding, growth, and management
- Build and manage partner playbook outlining requirements and benefits for each level of partner
- Collaborate with teams to analyze and improve tools, systems, and processes
- Oversee onboarding of new strategic partnerships
- Develop Partner Program playbooks and onboarding tools
- Coordinate partnership events and maintain industry competitive detail
- Resolve escalations and manage Partnership Operations team performance
