Develop and implement materials management strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.4. Conduct cost analysis, identifying areas for potential savings and implementing cost-effective strategies.7. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, identifying and developing relationships with key suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality materials.8. Maintain a deep product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure the company remains competitive.9. Manage budgets, ensuring all procurement activities remain within allocated funds, and identifying opportunities for savings.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.3. Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, materials management, supply chain management, contract management, cost analysis, strategic sourcing, and budgeting.4. In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its products.5. Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing favorable terms and prices.6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and make informed business decisions.7. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.9. Proficiency in relevant software, including inventory management and procurement systems.10.
