This person will be a part of their commercial litigation group, working on business disputes, shareholder litigation, business workouts, and more. Experience in taking depositions and drafting and arguing motions is required. This is a partner track role. There are no billable requirements. Previous experience with business litigation is valued, but not required. This role is in office, five days a week.ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of litigation, including depositions, discovery, trial pleadings, and court appearancesApproach trial and arbitration proceedings with confidence and strategic insightEnsure compliance with Connecticut and federal rules of civil procedure, e-filing processes, and court deadlinesDevelop and implement innovative strategies to effectively advocate for clientsDirectly engage with clients, providing strategic advice on relevant business mattersInterested in hearing more?
