Ensures the quality of workmanship for these installations.• Applies and trains to all codes, operating standards, practices and procedures.• Experience studying work orders, building plans, and installation manuals in order to determine materials requirements and installations procedures.• Understand and adhere to contract documents.• Coordinate code requirements and inspections with local AHJs.• Has the ability to order and track materials for jobs.• Has the ability to do advanced paperwork such as change orders, completing T&M sheets, etc.• Is provided with a cell phone to respond to service calls (pages, group pages, phone calls, etc. from both internal and external customers).• Performs additional assignments as required by the needs of the company or as directed.• Actively seeks knowledge of FMI processes and has experience and exposure to the followingRequirementsMinimum of five years of experience.Must possess a state Journeyman’s License.Possess a valid driver’s license.Interested in hearing more?
