The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a variety of software development techniques and technologies, with a focus on Azure, JS, OOP, Agile, Leadership, code review, scalable solution, agile pods, Test Driven Development, Full Stack, Object Oriented Programming, and "C#".Why join us?• 401k match• unlimited PTO• team events• remote workJob DetailsAs the Lead Software Engineer, you will• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of large engineering projects that interact with multiple teams.• Drive the architecture and design of scalable solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are cost-effective.• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine product requirements and create clear, concise user stories.• Facilitate an agile development process through daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.• Promote a culture of Test Driven Development within the team, ensuring high-quality code and reducing the likelihood of bugs in production.• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, and be able to apply them into daily activities.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading large, complex engineering projects.• Strong expertise in Azure, JS, OOP, Agile, Leadership, code review, scalable solution, agile pods, Test Driven Development, Full Stack, Object Oriented Programming, and "C#".• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire a team towards achieving great results.• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and come up with innovative solutions.• A deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience in working in agile teams.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Interested in hearing more?
