A passionate, driven team committed to setting industry standards and helping our clients secure the best legal assistance available.Why join us?Competitive salary with bonus opportunitiesFully remote work setupPaid Time Off and Health Reimbursement ProgramOpportunities for career growthEngaging, challenging work alongside a talented, diverse, and dedicated teamCasual work atmosphere with no dress codeJob DetailsThe ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform combined with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate ideas and bring solutions to life.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive research on clients’ Salesforce utilization, providing reports with recommended actions and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with team members and clients to develop prototypes and proofs of concept to clarify requirements.Review existing solutions and suggest enhancements.Manage and refine the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with project stakeholders.Design Salesforce and potentially other related solutions for sales, service, and platform functionalities.Act as a release manager, overseeing the deployment of configurations and code changes.Guide the creation of user stories, ensuring clear and precise success criteria.Document testing procedures thoroughly.Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment processes for Salesforce.Assist in project and workstream planning, fostering collaborative efforts.Required Qualifications And ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within Salesforce project delivery.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including online interaction.Required Salesforce certificationsAdministratorSales Cloud ConsultantService Cloud ConsultantPlatform App BuilderPreferred QualificationsBachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Additional Salesforce certifications, including Designer and Architecture.Active participation in the Salesforce community.Skills And AbilitiesInterested in hearing more?
