Digital Content Producer Job Description
The Digital Content Producer (DCP) is responsible for creation of the creative assets for all sold digital advertising campaigns, email blasts and social media content management. The DCP will report to the Digital Operations Manager and work with the account executives to ensure all creatives are executed on time for client campaigns across all stations. The DCP plays a key role in creating and delivering engaging content and effective advertising messages across digital platforms. This candidate must demonstrate multi-tasking ability and keep multiple projects on-track simultaneously, and be able to prioritize effectively.
Principle Duties (but not limited to):
- Design and create eye-catching graphics, images and videos for social media and other digital platforms to enhance brand engagement and awareness.
- Creation of social ads on Meta, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. Banner ad creation.
- Create monthly content for client Meta channels. Targeted e-blast creation.
- Maintain all client file archives with named and organized files across cloud-based tools such as Google Drive and/or Dropbox.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing communication with DOM & Account Executives to meet campaign objectives and deadlines.
- Ensure all creatives are on-brand.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects, utilizing Trello and other digital tools.
- Assist in monthly advertiser report development.
- Sales related contesting build out, rules, graphics, landing pages, emails and other needed tasks to fulfill a sold client contest.
Qualifications:
To be considered, you must have 1+ years of digital content creation experience. Ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in video editing & graphic design
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, videography, social media marketing, or a related field
Additional requirements include:
- Strong photo and video editing skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Demonstrate active listening skills and ability to apply learning over time
- Take clear ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to organize and prioritize while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Be detail oriented, enjoy organization and possess the ability to pivot to different focus areas throughout the day
- Ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Professional and positive manner when working with team and clients

The DCP will be a full time 40 hour per week position working at the Reno office. Normal business hours are 8AM - 5PM.
