About the role:
As a Product Support Representative Senior, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application.
About the team:
As a member of the Product Support Team, you will work to support an FIS trading and compliance application by working with internal teams, like development and operations, to resolve client inquiries or issues.
What you will be doing:
• Provide end user help desk support
• Handle client inquiries and resolve support issues
• Ensure that corporate KPIs are met
• Provide in-depth product support and research client issues with appropriate teams
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action
• Document client inquiries and recurring technical issues to support product quality and product development
• Perform other duties as assigned by Support Manager
What you will need:
• 3 years of Support Desk/Client Services experience
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving client inquiries or issues with internal teams
• Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), strategic, technical, analytical, problem solving, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, honesty, and commitment to company values
• Ability to work independently; self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Added bonus if you have:
Series 7 license – active or inactive
Knowledge of FIS products
Experience in compliance, trading, or securities
CompTIA or Microsoft Certifications or comparable experience
