Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ .The Business Finance Intern will learn about the following processes and activities, among others:• Supporting Business Controlling team on analyzing of the different business units and other departments performance from a finance standpoint.• Support in preparation of the different budget cycles of the year.• Support in preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly reports on sales and opex (both brand spending and structural costs).• Support in preparation accounting adjustments and reclassifications to ensure P&L accuracy.• Support in preparation of Operating Procedures and Internal Audit requests.• Continuously looking for efficiencies and new opportunities.• Support on ongoing projects and connect with financial stakeholders inside and outside Janssen Spain.We offer:• One year internship.• 1000 euros/month.• 35 hours per week.• Start date - JuneWe are looking for a candidate who has the following profile / qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree completed, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or similar• High Level of English.• Proven financial, analytical and digital skills, result and performance driven.• Team-player and collaborative working style.• Motivated, flexible and pro-active, eager to take initiative.• Strong communication skills and ability to build excellent relations with stakeholders.• Ability to drive change and to work under tight deadlines.• Baseic knowledge of US GAAP and ES GAAP
