We shape, develop, and scale customer engagement strategies, solutions, and connected ecosystems that provide premium HCP and Patient experience via our iCONNECT platform, a cloud-based SaaS solution built on Veeva CRM and Salesforce.com Service Cloud. Customer Centricity is core to J&J IM Leadership and HCP Experience Product Group are the partners and enablers of choice.The IT Manager will partner with Commercial and Medical Strategy, Analytics & Transformation (StAT) group to develop solutions that will elevate customer experience, expand channel dissemination, provide unique insights, and empower our customer facing employees in the field.An individual in this role is expected to:• Shape data and integration strategies for Customer Engagement Solutions (SFDC, Veeva CRM, Informatica Cloud, Databases, etc.); Leverage the latest technology trends to provide an innovative platform to deliver the best HCP Experience.• Strategically engage with StAT Group to support Sales Operations and Data Management as related to iCONNECT.• Shape and deliver solutions to empower StAT to manage Territory, Roster, alignments, Call Plan, and Suggestions/Insights data in iCONNECT. Develop and implement strategy to modernize current solutions to integrated and automated solutions that provide end-to-end observability and can be self-serviced by business.• Partner with StAT, Heads of Technology, and other Product Groups to plan and deliver flawless product launches, field expansions &restructuring, and quarterly call plan & alignments.• Manage Customer Data integrations with Customer Master to receive and process 3rd party customer data sources.• Shape customer data management strategies for iCONNECT to ensure that all users of iCONNECT have access to high quality and relevant data for HCPs, Key Opinion Leaders(KOL), Hospitals, Institutions, Payors, and their relationships.• Support key J&J IM initiatives for Customer Journeys and Account Planning by shaping the data strategies and providing key analytical information via iCONNECT.• Establish standards and develop processes to measure and improve the data quality in iCONNECT.• Actively seek out and shape product improvements that contribute to higher efficiency, reliability, compliance, and user adoption.• Lead and inspire team members to continuously improve, innovate, and exceed. Advanced degree is preferred.• A minimum of 2 year of experience in data and integration technologies is required.• Strong abilities to negotiate and influence outside of one’s own direct reporting line. Understand business value and solution needed to improve IT impact while handling competing priorities and ambiguity.• Experience identifying process requirements for business units and supporting IT strategies is required.• Demonstrated success in project management and SDLC (Agile, IDE) is required.• Experience in Veeva CRM and/or SFDC is preferred.• Experience leading people and vendors is preferred.• Experience managing budgets and finances is preferred.• Experience in Life Sciences Industry and/or GxP environment is preferred.• Superb communication and consultation skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to partners at all levels.• Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with sales & marketing and medical affairs teams, IT colleagues, and technology vendors.• Ability to work with minimal direction and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and operate with integrity and professionalism in a complex, constantly evolving environment.• This role will be in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA and may require up to 10% travel within the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area, and occasional travel across North America is possible.The anticipated base pay range for this position is 99000 to 170200.Bonus Language: - The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
