About JOSYS

Josys is a global B2B SaaS company which was spun-off from Raksul Inc. in 2022 and raised US$ 126 Million US Dollars in Series A &  B. The Founder and CEO of Josys Inc., Yasukane Matsumoto is the Chairman of Raksul group. The Josys SaaS platform enables new-age businesses globally, to radically simplify, optimize and secure their IT operations around employee IT lifecycle management. Josys currently has operations in 5 countries (Japan, India, US, Singapore and Vietnam) and its product technology is led out of India by the Co-founder and CTO, Sanjay Rajasekhar. Josys is rapidly expanding its technology team in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end software engineering for Josys product development, focusing on achieving product-market fit in global markets.

  • Drive the delivery of product features, ensuring product quality, predictability, evolution, and agility.

  • Implement and oversee contemporary engineering practices and processes, including Infrastructure as Code (IaaC), DevSecOps, and QA Automation.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, promoting best practices in software development.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to align engineering efforts with business goals and customer needs.

  • Manage, mentor, and scale the engineering team to support growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 14+ years leadership experience in product software industry

  • Last 3+ years at director level or above in the SaaS domain with a strong track record in startups or scale-ups.

  • Deep expertise in modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing engineering teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

  • Experience in building scalable, high-quality software products and driving technological innovation.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
