Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator specializing in Commercial Tenant Improvements (TI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. This role plays a crucial part in the success of our construction projects and demands a strong understanding of commercial construction and tenant improvement practices.Key Responsibilities• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial tenant improvement projects.• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to gather relevant information for estimating purposes.• Review and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and update them as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.• Assist in budget development and cost management for multiple projects.• Stay current with market trends, materials, and construction processes to optimize estimates.Qualifications• Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction sector.• Strong knowledge of commercial tenant improvement processes and practices.• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.• Strong communication and negotiation skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.BenefitsFull benefitsPTOEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
