The Junior Associate provides broad support to the Axos Advisor Services department through an array of responsibilities. The targeted compensation is $21.00-23.00/Hr, commensurate with your skills and experience. This role is eligible for a bonus, based on your individual performance. Axos offers full benefits that includes 3 weeks’ vacation accrual, paid sick leave, along with the NYSE observed holidays.

Responsibilities:

Process outgoing distributions via check/wire/ACH and internal transfers
Set up and maintenance systematic distributions and contributions
Process RMDs and death distributions
Process incoming and outgoing wires and ACHs
Work with intermediary bank relationships
Reconcile daily and monthly cash activity
Process incoming check/wire/ACH deposits to client accounts
Balance and reconcile daily posting activity
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Ability to manage multiple and/or shifting priorities, and produce professional and accurate work product, under time constraints
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work across all levels of management
Advanced computer skills including all MS Office systems
Highly-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and in a group environment

Preferred:

Familiarity with financial services industry and various account types
Experience with rules and regulations governing bank and brokerage accounts
