Position Title: Vice President of Partnership Growth

Overview:

JumpCrew is hiring a tactical and driven VP of Partnership Growth to identify and scale mid-market revenue-generating partnerships. This individual will be responsible for building channel partner relationships and driving net-new revenue in collaboration with sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close channel and co-marketing partnerships.
  • Support partner onboarding and go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing to co-develop campaigns.
  • Build a repeatable, scalable partnership process.
  • Track and report on partner performance KPIs.
  • Grow a partnerships team over time.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in partnerships, BD, or B2B sales.
  • Strong ability to execute quickly and independently.
  • Experience in outsourced services, digital marketing, or B2B tech.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
