JumpCrew is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Partnership Growth to join our Nashville team! If you have a passion for forging impactful partnerships and driving revenue, then this role is tailor-made for you. As the VP of Partnership Growth, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and establishing mid-market revenue-generating partnerships that fuel our company’s growth. Your responsibilities will include closing channel and co-marketing partnerships while supporting partner onboarding and go-to-market techniques. With our focus on collaboration, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to co-develop campaigns that resonate in the marketplace. You’ll also be tasked with building a repeatable and scalable partnership process, tracking and reporting on performance KPIs, and eventually leading a partnerships team as we grow. We’re looking for someone with at least five years of experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales, and a strong ability to make things happen quickly and independently.
