OSHC Service Manager

As an OSHC Service Manager at Junior Adventures Group, you'll be responsible for leading a dedicated team and overseeing the operations of a large Outside School Hours Care service. Your duties will include developing engaging child-centered programs, managing daily operations, fostering relationships with children, families, and the school community, ensuring compliance with the NQF, and growing service attendance.

To qualify for the OSHC Service Manager position at Junior Adventures Group, candidates should ideally have a minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field, such as Diploma in Children’s Services, or have completed at least two years of full-time study in a related area. Additionally, two years of experience in a leadership role working with children is necessary.

The OSHC service managed by the OSHC Service Manager at Junior Adventures Group operates Monday to Friday, with the Rise then Shine Program running from 6:30 am to 9:00 am and the Stay and Play Program from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Additionally, full-day care is available during school holidays through the Holiday HQ program.
