Junior Finance Associate

The Role:

Reporting to the SR Finance Manager will be a part of The Game Day's Financial team. Working alongside all The Game Day's departments, this position will focus on payments and strategic decisions per business needs.

The ideal candidate will bring experience within accounting, finance, execution and strategic management.

Your Role at The Game Day:

• Assisting in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Posting of invoices into the accounting system
• Posting of bank transactions into the accounting system
• Run Bi-weekly payroll and manage the Justworks payroll system.
• Prepare weekly bank reconciliations and internally generated reports as requested.
• Managing vendor relationships and processing payments
• Having a good understanding of local regulations
• Be present in online meetings if requested
• Must be highly organised and be willing to learn
• Other relevant day-to-day ad-hoc tasks

Application Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in finance or accounting organisations.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance.
• 2+ years of payroll systems and reporting experience.
