Junior Tester

Manual testing of applications and reports/dashboards for errors (mostly UI/cross-browser testing, but some smoke testing, data validations, etc.)
- Helping create and execute test cases in Excel
- Documenting and reporting of defects in Jira ticketing system

1-2+ years' experience in Software/Reports Testing
- Keen attention to detail and problem solving skills; strong ability to identify and report defects
- Basic SQL knowledge strongly preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills (not data analysis, but spreadsheet management/manipulation)
- Commercial insurance or personal auto insurance experience STRONGLY preferred
- Excellent communication skills
