We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across most US states, two Canadian Provinces, and India.
As the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to enhance market visibility, drive demand, and support revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue, you will lead a dynamic team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
Product Marketing: Define compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for our technology solutions and professional services targeting private capital managers. Understand the competitive dynamics to lead the go-forward Pricing & Packaging strategy. Partner closely with product leadership to help support product roadmap and enablement.
Field Marketing: Build and execute regional marketing plans to support sales teams, including events, campaigns, and local initiatives.
Demand Generation: Drive lead generation programs through effective use of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and other channels.
Branding: Refine and lead all strategic branding initiatives including deepening brand awareness across all domestic and international private markets.
Visual Design: Oversee the creation of visually compelling assets and collateral that resonate with our target audience and reinforce brand identity.
Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing programs, measure ROI, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing on a global scale, with a focus on product marketing and demand generation. Additional experience in professional services marketing is a plus.
Scaler: Prior experience with a growth company, ideally helping a company scale from $100M ARR to $500M+.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the private markets industry, its key players, challenges, and trends.
Marketing Knowledge: Integrated marketing expertise with experience in Brand, Performance, and Product Marketing.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, set clear goals, and drive results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies and initiatives.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools and metrics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and drive informed decisions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
