About The Role
The Staff Technical Product Manager of AI/ML will spearhead advancements in AI and machine learning within a pioneering leader in online professional services. In this role, you will be adept at leading cross functional teams to execute a product vision in a high growth business. The Staff Product Manager will be steering essential projects focused on enhancing answer quality and... customer satisfaction. You'll have the autonomy to harness the power of ML across all business initiatives, amplifying success across the board. The Staff Product Manager is someone who embodies visionary thinking, unafraid to push boundaries and pioneer new frontiers, while also possessing the pragmatism needed to oversee an innovation portfolio that consistently delivers measurable enhancements. You work closely with Machine Learning and Quality teams.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI solutions
• Work with product, data science and data analytics teams to develop a strong outside-in perspective and identify the biggest areas of individual and employer need and business opportunity
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve product satisfaction
• Maximize product market fit in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Work with ML engineers and internal customers to define, size and validate AI opportunities
• Work with various Product teams to understand how AI can be utilized to drive quality and personalization across the site
• Drive innovation, definition, deliverables planning, and design of new products
What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of B2C technical product management experience focusing on hands-on AI, ML and LLMs applications to create or enhance products
• Strategic, creative, and analytical
• Self-starter with a bias toward action and a proven track record of results
• Detail-oriented with hands-on experience with data science and data analysis
• Know how to delight customers and how to use data to know if you did
• Experience building and scaling a product from the ground up
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize ruthlessly and execute methodically
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
• Understanding of key technologies and ability to converse at a technical level
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Prior startup experience a must
• International experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
