Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist at Justworks. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our valued clients continue to receive top-notch service and stay satisfied with our products. As a company that prides itself on providing exceptional customer support, we are looking for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships and has a keen attention to detail. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to help others, we would love to hear from you.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or other communication channels.Identify and address client needs, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Proactively monitor and analyze customer usage and feedback to identify potential areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and product, to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Utilize customer retention strategies and techniques to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Stay up-to-date with company products and services to effectively communicate and educate clients on their benefits and features.Continuously identify ways to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management for process improvement.Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.Justworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
