Product Support Specialist, Tier I

JUVARE is a SaaS software company looking for a Product Support Specialist, Tier I to provide technical support for internal and client-driven projects. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving tier I support issues and maintaining the knowledge base.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote desktop support technology.
Experience in desktop support and hardware.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with current technologies.
Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws.

Responsibilities

Provide telephone and email support to a global client base.
Execute ticket intake and triage processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve tier I support issues.
Maintain the knowledge base of common problems and solutions.
Participate in team meetings and exercises.
Protect company and client information.

Education

High school diploma or greater with coursework in computer science.
