System Engineer

System Engineer

The Systems Engineer provides exceptional service to our customer accounts. Through analysis of service tickets, problem solving, and proactive investigation of issues, they will ensure the smooth operation of technical systems. They will address customer complaints, as well as installing and updating both hardware and software components.

Responsibilities:

 

·         Engages in thorough troubleshooting and oversees customer-facing tasks with guidance

·         Investigates and resolves problems within customer networks and IT systems using established troubleshooting methods

·         Prioritizes effective communication, coordinating with team members to ensure distribution of work evenly

·         Recognizes chances for upselling throughout the lifecycle of service tickets

·         Efficiently handles support cases, ensuring rapid resolutions that surpass customer expectations

·         Leads and owns new project deployments both onsite and remotely 

·         Works alongside the project manager to ensure project completion and expectations

·         Implements upgrades and updates to systems for customers

Qualifications:

·         Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware’s, and software

·         Associate degree or 4 years’ experience required

·         Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical problems

·         Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively

·         Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
