Manufacturing Planner

Kairos Power is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Planner to support manufacturing projects. The individual will partner with key stakeholders to deliver projects on-time and ensure efficient project completion.

Skills

Strong ability to analyze work orders
Experience with power generation components
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Effective time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Review and generate work orders in Tableau and Jobboss for site-specific work
Work directly with internal design teams to understand needs and provide updates
Interface with manufacturing staff, procurement, and shipping/receiving for materials
Assist department leads with prioritization and outsourcing work orders
Identify opportunities to increase part production rate and maintain inventory
Support process improvement and continuous initiatives

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
