This will include hypothesis testing, advanced data analytics solutions and data visualization solutions. Play a critical role in expanding our analytics services with our clients. Lead two business teams that analyze the performance and trends of the eCommerce channels, assess the impact of digital campaigns and provide insights into the omni-channel engagements of different brands. Use advanced data analytics techniques to estimate the potential target customer base for the digital campaigns & analyze growth opportunities for the brands. Support development of best-in-class data visualization solutions (leveraging Tableau, Power BI) with dynamic simulation capabilities to inform KPIs and outcomes from business decisions. Prioritize analytical requests and projects from client, developing a project delivery schedule with detailed tasks and managing deliverable quality. Manage delivery of multiple analytics projects including monitoring progress, meeting with team to review project status, identifying project risks and planning to mitigate them, managing deliverable. Support project leads and analyst teams to understand the customer business needs and the scope of project. Work closely with a team of analysts / data scientists to ensure all analytics deliverables meet business expectations in terms of scope, speed & quality.Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm.Job Requirements:Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related quantitative field AND 5 years of experience in customer analytics, ecommerce analytics, and site analytics in the retail and/or CPG industry OR Master’s degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field and 3 years of experience in customer analytics, ecommerce analytics, and site analytics in the retail and/or CPG industry.Minimum Special Skills Requirements: Prior experience must include three (3) years of the following: leveraging advanced analytics & machine learning solutions to help clients address strategic, tactical, and operational business problems; predictive modeling, data mining, segmentation on large data sets to solve business problems tied to key client goals; manipulating / handling / querying data in big data platforms like Teradata, DB2, and SQL server; and engaging with client stakeholders to understand business problems, ideate & converge on solution approach and develop analytical solutions. Prior experience must include two (2) years of the following: cloud platforms (Azure Databricks and/or Google Big Query) to accurately implement analytical/statistical techniques on centralized data; developing ETL automation solutions using Alteryx and data visualization solutions using Tableau, PowerBI; project management, resource allocation, team management and client relationship management; handling client engagement through “on-site offshore” model. Ability to work with global teams and communicate effectively; developing machine learning models using Python or R; and advanced statistical techniques and concepts (model selection and hypothesis testing, statistical inference, etc.) and experience with real-world applications is required.At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
