Key Account Manager, Oribe, Czech Republic

Oribe, as part of Kao, is looking for a passionate Key Account Manager to drive sales performance through key accounts by providing product and business training. This role supports the roll out of the sales strategy and aims to enhance the profile and image of Oribe products in the market.

Skills

  • 5+ years sales experience in Beauty/Health/Fashion/FMCG
  • Experience managing key accounts and communicating business plans effectively
  • Strong knowledge of the haircare industry preferred
  • Passion for the beauty industry and the Oribe brand

Responsibilities

  • Drive Net Sales development within own area customers
  • Execute local market sales strategy with excellence across all commercial initiatives
  • Identify, qualify and convert new customers to Oribe
  • Support and drive Net Sales in Retail
  • Deliver in salon training and coaching plans to build stylist/store staff capabilities
  • Act as an ambassador of the organization and maximize opportunities to promote the business

Education

  • Degree in business or related field preferred
