Payroll Specialist (Workday)

Knowledge of compliant payroll processing practices
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Workday experience

Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll for 1,700+ workers using Workday platform
Ensure accurate time verification and tax filings
Collaborate with Benefits team for employee benefit setup and rules
Monitor ADP Smart Compliance for wage payments and taxes
Assist with quarterly tax balancing and filing

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
