WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Deal Desk Analyst to join our fast-paced SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of SaaS pricing, sales processes, and financial analysis. As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing deal structures, ensuring compliance, and maximizing revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Deal Structuring and Pricing

  • Analyze and structure complex deals to align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies tailored to different market segments and customer profiles.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide guidance on pricing, discounts, and contract terms.

Deal Support

  • Support the sales team throughout the deal lifecycle, from proposal to closing.
  • Review and approve deal proposals to ensure compliance with company policies and financial targets.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer-facing documents, including quotes and contracts.

Deal Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze deal performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on deal desk activities, including win/loss analysis and pricing effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights to the sales and finance teams based on data analysis.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline deal desk processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for deal management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform deal strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations or financial analysis role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-velocity, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
