Individuals in this role are mainly responsible for the testing and configuration of Datto hardware and software. On occasion, the individual will assemble and/or refurbish older Datto computer hardware in small volumes.After successful training, the L1 Production Tech will be required to hit a daily quota in the allotted time, while producing devices held to a high level of quality standards. This is accomplished by. In addition, the L1 Production Technician must inspect and configure components against a work order/Bill of Materials and document and report non-conforming assemblies and components.They must adhere to Invoice/Replacement SLA's, efficiently image stock appliances and apply proper labeling. The technician will also be required to efficiently manage monthly server order requirementsAbility to utilize hand-held tools, such as a screwdriver, pliers, dykes, and a drill gun is required.The L1 Production Tech must comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations.As well as read, interpret, and follow basic specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to accurately assemble devices.
