Director, Global Payroll

KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a Director of Global Payroll to lead and manage global payroll operations across regions and ensure compliance and efficiency.

Skills

10+ years of progressive payroll management experience in a public, global corporation
Experience managing multi-country payroll providers
Strong expertise with ADP, CloudPay, and Workday HCM
Collaborative approach and ability to build cross-functional relationships

Responsibilities

Design and govern the global payroll operating model
Oversee end-to-end execution of global payroll operations
Coach and develop a distributed team of payroll professionals
Manage stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement
Maintain compliance with global regulations and payroll taxes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
