KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Paralegal/Administrative Assistant specialized in commercial, product, and litigation advising.

Skills

Strong understanding of legal system and in-house legal teams
Excellent time, task, and project management skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with workplace productivity tools
Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Support legal team in corporate, commercial, regulatory, litigation, insurance and intellectual property matters
Manage intellectual property portfolio
Assist in litigation efforts
Draft legal documents and correspondence
Organize and maintain corporate documents
Perform administrative tasks as required

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or Associate’s degree in legal services
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program
