Payroll Analyst (Mexico)

OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support payroll across the US, Canada, and Mexico. The role offers a welcoming environment focused on hospitality and efficiency.

Skills

Payroll processing experience
Knowledge of Payroll Tax Laws
Software Experience with Workday, ADP, Excel, CloudPay
Data confidentiality

Responsibilities

Manage payroll for KAYAK/OpenTable US/Canada/Mexico
Validate payroll changes against Workday reports
Collaborate with International Country Providers and CloudPay Operations
Partner with People Operations for seamless payroll data integration
Monthly/Annual reconciliation of payroll tax forms
Audit and process Time + Attendance for hourly employees

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
