Chief Security Officer

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and oversee their organization's security strategy, policies, and procedures. The CSO will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of their personnel, assets, and information. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy and framework.
  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security posture.
  • Lead incident response planning and coordinate security incident management efforts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure security policies are integrated into all business operations.
  • Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage security staff and oversee the physical and cybersecurity teams.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as CISO, CPP, or PSO are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to analyze risks and develop effective security strategies.
