Executive Business Partner

Our client is excited to announce an opening for an Executive Business Partner. This role is designed for a proactive, strategic thinker who will provide high-level support to the executive team. As an Executive Business Partner, you will facilitate communication across departments, streamline operations, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, along with the ability to anticipate and address the needs of executives, while playing a key role in guiding the direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support executives in managing their priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the executive team and other departments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage executive schedules effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and contribute to project management efforts.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Conduct research and gather insights to inform executive decision-making.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Partner, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated capability in project management and strategic planning.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience in a corporate or executive setting is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
