Our client is seeking a talented Manager of Product Strategy to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing product strategies that align with the company's goals and meet customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product roadmaps are effectively developed and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate product strategies that drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to create comprehensive product roadmaps.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.
  • Define metrics to assess product performance and track success against goals.
  • Present product strategy recommendations to upper management and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members in product strategy and execution best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to inform product strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of product strategy or product management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful product strategies.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and understanding of product development lifecycles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively manage projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor team members.
