Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with organizational goals and enhances brand equity.
  • Lead brand positioning initiatives through market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and in-person communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, and product development to create cohesive brand experiences.
  • Create and manage content that reinforces the brand narrative and engages target audiences effectively.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to amplify brand efforts.
  • Lead and mentor the brand team, promoting a culture of creativity and high performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, with demonstrated success in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy development and execution, including integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a keen ability to articulate and promote brand vision.
  • Proven experience in managing brand equity and positioning within competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with experience in leading creative campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
