Billing Specialist Location: Liverpool, NY Salary: $18-$22 an hour Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday 7:30/8am to 5pm (100% onsite)? Position Overview:? Kelly Services has partnered a well-established agricultural cooperative located in Dundee, specializing in the cultivation, harvesting, and marketing of premium-quality citrus fruits. This role is responsible for generating and distributing invoices, managing A/R processes, and maintaining accurate financial records. Performs administrative tasks, including customer service, journal entries, and daily operational runs.Responsibilities:?• Generates and distributes detailed invoices, collaborating with service leads and compiling data across departments.• Processes and posts deposits to the general ledger and QuickBooks, resolving discrepancies and balancing A/R between systems.• Prepares and presents A/R aging reports to management, monitors overdue payments, and maintains detailed records.• Handles customer inquiries and resolves billing/payment discrepancies professionally, ensuring accurate account records.• Assists with journal entries, month-end/year-end closing, and annual audits.• Manages administrative tasks, including answering calls, attending meetings, and performing daily runs to post office, banks, and vendors.Qualifications and Requirements:?• Solid understanding of accounting procedures.• Strong technical skills are essential.• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.• Excellent writing and communication skills.Next Steps?If you believe you are a good match for this role and would like to be considered, apply today!
