You’ll be:• Supporting the unloading of return equipment daily from scheduled deliveries and ensuring all items are accounted for.• Unboxing items and removing shipping labels to accompany products until each item is received, maintaining accuracy throughout the process.• Receiving and decontaminating medical devices, consoles, and components in accordance with quality management systems.• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to quality, work-in-progress, and labor, including timecards.• Reporting equipment and process-related problems to supervisors and collaborating with engineers and technicians to resolve return issues.• Adhering to FDA and OSHA regulations while incorporating Lean Six principles into daily work.• Completing required training on time and tracking/reporting missing or incomplete return items.• Utilizing ERP systems to process returns and manage inventory effectively.• Assessing returned products to determine suitability for stock or scrap and shipping consoles and units to specified vendors.• Partnering cross-functionally with Customer Care, Regulatory, Quality, Depot, and Production teams to enhance operational efficiency.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.• Possess strong problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills.• Are proficient with ERP systems and have basic research capabilities.• Have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently, with the capacity for prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking.• Can maintain cognitive focus and memory retention while working in a regulated environment, with a keen attention to detail.What happens next:Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
