The Intelligent Cellular Networks (ICN) organization is a focused, fast-paced, technical, and highly dynamic organization responsible for driving CommScope product sets within the North America Mobility Network Operator (MNO) Accounts. Nationwide Key Account Management (KAM) for CommScope DAS and Small Cell products. In the role, you will meet or exceed the annual sales quota and strategic account plan objectives by developing sales strategies and leading business units, regional sales teams and integration partners to effectively complete tactical actions to achieve strategic plans. Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding expertise and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation range (base + sales bonus) is $112,500 to $168,800.
The candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Sales Incentive Plan. In addition, candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.
