Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all recruiting initiatives from initial candidate inquiry until onboarding.
- Demonstrates and maintains knowledge of both internal organizational needs and external markets/competition.
- Create and manage on-target job postings and advertisements that produce a strong pool of qualified candidates that meets the agency's needs.
- Source applicants utilizing both established and innovative practices, including networking, direct sourcing, social media, referrals, online publications, reverse database searches, and other electronic platforms.
- Respond to all job applications the same day if possible and no later than the next business day.
- Flexes and/or extends work schedule to outreach to candidates during their down periods, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Makes follow-up outreach attempt(s) to candidates that do not respond to initial outreach as appropriate.
- Documents all outreach activities in applicant tracking system.
- Updates applicant/candidate statuses in applicant tracking system in real-time.
- Engage candidate's interest with a sense of urgency (attract a diverse pool through a positive, seamless, and engaging interview process).
- Ensure timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring manager.
- Solicit, organize, and document post-interview feedback from all interview attendees.
- Extend verbal and written offers to candidates upon hiring manager's approval.
- Ensure successful completion of all pre-boarding credentialing and background checks.
- Coordinates onboarding processes and resources to ensure successful starts for all new hires.
- Provide ongoing analytical reporting on recruiting efforts and trends.
- Continuously works to improve the talent acquisition process to meet the changing needs of the business and provide best-in-class recruitment support.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources (preferred)
- 4+ years of professional focused recruitment in a Healthcare setting
- Prior experience and proficiency working with an Applicant Tracking or Candidate Management System required
- Strong client management skills, including demonstrated success interacting with both internal and external customers and effective at developing relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
- Previous experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience for professional and para-professional level healthcare hires
- Ability to work effectively in a highly dynamic changing environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
