Skills: Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in acquisition marketing, a strong understanding of school district sales processes, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Qualifications: Experience in education technology, a passion for education, and a proven track record in both B2B and B2C marketing are preferred.
Location: San Mateo, CA / Remote friendly (Continental US + Hawaii + Canada Only)
Compensation: $120800 - $151000 / Annually

THE ROLE
As the Khan Academy Kids Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition-focused marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to reach our key audiences of district decision-makers, grassroots teachers, and families. Your efforts will directly support our sales team in expanding school district partnerships, while also increasing teacher adoption and growing our family user base. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B and B2C acquisition strategies, including app store optimization (ASO), paid media, and education sector marketing.

The target salary range for this position is $120,800 - $151,000 USD. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary offered will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data. Exceptional performers in this role who make an outsized contribution can make well in excess of this range. Additional incentives are provided as part of the complete total rewards package, in addition to comprehensive medical and other benefits.
