Consulting Director

Our client is looking for a Consulting Director with extensive experience in leading large-scale consulting projects across various sectors, particularly focusing on government and public sector organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, strategic vision, and the capacity to drive organizational change and facilitate impactful transformations for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Government Consulting Projects: Deliver strategic consulting services across areas such as strategy development, operating models, governance frameworks, PMO, and digital transformation
Collaborate with government entities to design and implement projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, promoting innovation and transformation.
Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Ensuring project milestones are met with high quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior government officials and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices while staying updated on trends in the public sector.
