About the role:
As a Systems Engineering Manager at Kiddom, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a talented team of (5+) systems and security engineers while driving meaningful, transformative work in the K-12 education space.
This role combines technical leadership with strategic impact, allowing you to shape Kiddom’s backend systems to scale seamlessly and securely. You’ll work with modern technologies, including Golang, Node.js, JS, Kubernetes, and AWS, while solving challenging technical problems that directly impact educators, administrators, and students. You will have the ability to motivate and inspire change across the entire engineering organization as we adapt to new technologies and AI capabilities that make us and our users more efficient. Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
