To qualify for the BCBA position at the Autism Center at Kids on the Move, candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or a similar field, possess BCBA Certification along with an LBA for Utah, and have at least one year of experience in ABA. It’s also important to exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively while being a collaborative team player.

As a BCBA at Kids on the Move, your primary responsibilities will include developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for ABA therapy. You'll be tasked with managing caseloads, conducting assessments, collaborating with families, and providing high-quality therapy according to best practices in the field. The compensation range for BCBAs at the Autism Center at Kids on the Move starts at $82,000 and can go up to $88,500 a year, with a total compensation package beginning at $99,000.
