Role Summary:

They are on the lookout for a Licensing Specialist who will play a crucial role in expanding their licensing partnerships. In this position, you'll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing licensing opportunities that align with their games and overall brand strategy. Your work will help them create unique experiences that captivate their players.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts research to identify potential licensing partners and opportunities that align with the studio's games and brand vision.
Builds and maintains relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with the studio’s strategic goals.
Leads contract negotiations, securing favorable terms that provide long-term value.
Collaborates with internal teams, including marketing, product, and legal, to integrate licensing deals seamlessly.
Monitors the performance of licensing partnerships, focusing on optimizing engagement and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in licensing, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a history of managing successful partnerships.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships across teams and organizations.
A solid understanding of the gaming industry and player dynamics is advantageous.
