We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable Billing Representative with exceptional communication skills to provide customers with billing assistance via our email ticketing system. This role will report to the Head of Billing.

In this role, you'll be the friendly voice assisting our customers with their billing inquiries through our email ticketing system. Your day-to-day will be filled with opportunities to take ownership of and resolve billing issues, ensuring our clients receive the accurate information they deserve. You'll proactively troubleshoot billing matters, provide thorough feedback, and work closely with internal teams on unresolved issues. Your strong communication skills will be key as you explain complex billing topics clearly to our customers.
