Chest Medicine Associates is on the lookout for a friendly and organized New Patient Referral Coordinator to join our South Portland, Maine team! As a New Patient Referral Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our patient intake process, sorting and prioritizing incoming consultation requests. Your attention to detail will shine as you create and manage patient charts in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring that all demographic and insurance information is meticulously entered and accurate. You'll also be instrumental in scheduling new patient appointments, so strong phone etiquette and communication skills are a must! With duties ranging from scanning patient documents to enrolling patients in our portal, this role is all about being organized and ensuring a smooth flow for our patients as they enter our care.
