Cascon is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, to lead the design of engineered pump products for worldwide companies.   

• A 4-year engineering degree and 5 more years of design experience 
• Knowledge and experience with CAD design 
• Expert knowledge of engineering principles 
• Experience working and designing for manufacturing 
• Ability to commute to Yarmouth Maine on Monday through Friday. 
• Ability to visit the manufacturing facility in Walpole, NH and to customer    sites, required.

• Annual Salary, Depending on Experience

• Located very close to RT 1 in Yarmouth with access to I-295.   

• Lead the design and development, and introduction of engineered pump solutions 
• Design new engineered pump products using Cascon CAD, FEA and other engineering design tools 
• Understand and manage customer design requirements within Cascon’s project tools and gated designs 
• Present in report and PowerPoint forms preliminary and final designs to internal stakeholders and customers 
• Support manufacture, assembly and test of prototypes as needed 
• Create drawings and other documentation necessary for the reliable manufacture of new pump products 
• Participate in customer meetings to assess requirements and offer design options
