Customer Success Manager (Mid Market) (Hybrid)

KnowBe4, the provider of security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to build relationships with customers, maximize customer lifetime value, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with new customers and understand their objectives
  • Develop strategies to achieve customer objectives
  • Manage onboarding process for new customers
  • Monitor customer usage and health metrics
  • Conduct periodic business and strategic engagement reviews with customers
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience
  • Assist with customer renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and bookings targets

Education

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT Security Field
