Build relationships with new customers and understand their objectives
Develop strategies to achieve customer objectives
Manage onboarding process for new customers
Monitor customer usage and health metrics
Conduct periodic business and strategic engagement reviews with customers
Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience
Assist with customer renewals and upsell opportunities
Meet and exceed performance metrics and bookings targets
Education
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT Security Field
