Customer Success Manager (Mid Market) (Hybrid)
KnowBe4, the provider of security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to build relationships with customers, maximize customer lifetime value, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new customers and understand their objectives
- Develop strategies to achieve customer objectives
- Manage onboarding process for new customers
- Monitor customer usage and health metrics
- Conduct periodic business and strategic engagement reviews with customers
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience
- Assist with customer renewals and upsell opportunities
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and bookings targets
Education
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT Security Field
