Partner Success Manager (MSP Bulk)Partner Success Manager (MSP Bulk) (Fluent in Spanish)
KnowBe4 is the world's largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. They are looking for a Partner Success Manager to build effective relationships with Managed Service Providers and maximize partner lifetime value.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Customer service skills
- Collaborative and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Forge relationships with new MSP partners
- Manage the prescribed MSP onboarding process
- Train the MSP partner sales team
- Monitor MSP partner usage and health metrics
- Perform quarterly business reviews with key MSP partners
Education
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
